Set the map and filters, then click Save for client. The client gets a welcome email with today's matches, then alerts for new listings and price drops. Clicks from those emails are logged on the client's Follow Up Boss record.

Client market reports

Sign a client up for a monthly market report for any county, city or ZIP code, or draw a custom area on the map (a subdivision, golf community or a few streets): open a search below, draw the area, then click Market report for client. They get this month's report now and a new one on the 2nd of each month. Follow Up Boss tags them "Market report subscriber" and "Market report: [area]" so you can sort who's on reports.
